I understand the importance of having good mental health, as well as, physical health. I have had my own struggles with Anxiety and Depression which I am happy to share in that hope that it might help someone.
I am happy to talk about my own experience and also that of mental health in the NHS, medication and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and my experience of Hynotherapy and NLP.
I actually started this blog and my side hustles, in general, as a distraction and way to cope with my poor mental health. Thankfully, I’m in a much better place but it is a topic I still feel very passionate about.
